Shipping Policy:

  • We offer shipping worldwide.
  • All orders will be processed and shipped within 0-4 business days.
  • Shipping fees will be calculated based on the destination and weight of the package.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information.
  • Delivery timelines will vary based on the destination. For orders within the US, please allow 0-4 business days. For international orders, shipping times may vary based on location.
  • We partner with trusted shipping carriers to deliver your packages safely and efficiently.

Return Policy:

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines outlined below:
  • Eligible items for return or exchange must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Final sale items are non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Upon approval, a return shipping label will be provided. The return label must be used within 15 days of issuance; otherwise, the return will be canceled and the right to return the item for a refund or store credit will be lost.

For orders within the US:

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by ASHI, except for a 4% restocking fee deduction from the refund to cover the cost of restocking. This deduction will be waived if you opt for an exchange or store credit.

For international orders:

  • Customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • A 4% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover the cost of restocking.
  • Shipping fees and any customs/clearance costs paid will also be deducted from the refund.

General Information:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, if accepted, a refund will be issued in store credit or to the original payment method, excluding any shipping fees paid. Please note that all shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.
